Real estate is a topic I am truly passionate about. My extensive knowledge of Florida’s first-time homebuyer grant afforded me the opportunity of becoming a homeowner and eventually a landlord. In May 2021, at the height of the market, I was able to capitalize on my investments by selling my first home and investment property.
